Q: Who are we exactly?

A: SWEATshop is a group of university students who have nothing else better to do than to make some quick bucks for themselves. The designs here are unique and designed personally by us. What this means is that you will not be able to rummage through chat-tu-chak or any other nightmarkets to find our pieces. Every design is limited only to a total of 40 pieces. That said, we meant for our shirts to remain exclusive only to you, thus saving many students the possible embarrassment of seeing another fellow student wear the exact same item on sale from ~`NUM. So help contribute to our university fees by buying something from us today. And maybe, just maybe, we can treat you a beer if you like.

Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: First, take note of the item code(s) of the product(s) that you intend to purchase. The item code of each product is located beside the product photo (preceded with a ‘#’) Consolidate all items and wire a fund transfer to our account [acc: 360-303-307-6 , UOB savings]. Do take note that you will need to transfer us the right amount for the convenience of both parties. Note down the reference number of the transaction (this is important).

Next, leave a comment under the relevant blog post of your order. Please try to adhere to this format:

Once we have confirm the payment made, we will reply you as soon as we can either by sms or under your comment.

Q: How is delivery done or how do I get my item(s)?

A: We will hold a collection meet-up once in a fortnight, usually on a Sunday afternoon. This will allow for everyone who has purchased from us to meet up in the central location of City Hall MRT Station and collect their respective items. Collection is based on trust assumed between us and you, so just show up and tell us your name and contact number or email address. Do note that if we can increase the frequency of meet-ups to include weekdays, we will notify you through the tumblr blog. And should you wish to collect on the new meet-up days instead of the normal Sunday meet, do let us know through the blog comments.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: We are all reasonable people here at sweatshop (we would like to think so.) In the event that even after consulting our sizing chart here you find that an item does not fit right, we will gladly do our best to exchange your piece for a desired size. However, if the desired size of the same design is unavailable/sold out, you will be able to exchange for another design which has an available size. We regret to inform you that we do not actually have a refund policy, so throw us a lifeline on this! We kindly seek your understanding to make business with SWEATshop non-perspiring!

Q: Do you guys do custom tees?

A: Well, as businessmen we can hardly say no. So if you have a class-tee design or something similar, you can actually approach us by dropping us an email at ilovesweatshop@gmail.com. Please be reminded that we are looking at a minimum quantity of 20 shirts per design. We will reply with the relevant information and details about shirt colours and shipping cost just to name a few here.

Q: How can I contribute to this SWEATshop?

A: So you’re bursting with ideas eh? Think you could do better than our local designers or woke up feeling that you want shirts made up like they had appeared in your dreams?
